A Special Event Permit is required when any of the following exist:
- Admission fee
- More than 50 people
- Need water or electricity over 110 volts
- Booths, tents or stages occupying over 50 people
- Advertised to the public
- Sell alcohol or food
- Have fire, commercial propane or fireworks
- Rides or bouncy houses
- Run, walk or biking associated
- Require blocked streets or flaggers
- Rent equipment from the city
